Damn Crackheads!

Why is it that you always get like at least 1 crazy neighbour?? I've still got 1 crazy crackhead neighbour upstaires who thinks it's fun to wait till midnight and then turn up his music and start banging. It's like Chinese water torture and the stupid housing association won't fukin evict him he even caused trouble for the girl who lived here before me so why hasn't anything been done about him. Even to look at him he looks like he's on some strong stuff I'm sure if I was that much of a nuisence they'd find a way to get rid of me. Plus me and the hubby are the only black couple in the block so if I go upstaires and kick him up (not that I'd do that ;-) someone would go str8 to the police and be like it's the big black girl with the green hair.

It's annoying it's like you can't do anything you try go thru the proper channels and nothing happens and then if you take the law into your own hands you get in trouble. Oh yeah and theres some girl who lives next door to me (another crackhead) who does the same thing makin up random noise kickin down her own front door etc I really hate this block I can't wait to be making some decent money so I can leave!
