So for some reason today I woke up and thought "right, I'm going for a jog" so I packed up monster 2 in the buggy and did a big jog. I was gone for like an hour or so, I did like interval jogging and at some points I even sprinted. well not quite sprint.. more like a bit faster than a jog but slower than a sprint, I just said sprint to make me sound cool lol
I sweated like a P.I.G so I must've burned a lot of calories, plus the added weight of a sleeping toddler in a buggy must've helped shed extra calories.
I actually felt a lot lighter when I got home.
Only annoying thing is, I was bursting to wee throughout my jog and jogging just made it worse and anytime I thought I'd just do a a lil sneaky wee in a bush someone came past, which is frustrating cuz that area is dead, but annoyingly on a Sunday everyone decides to come there on bike rides and walks and family drives aaaaaargh and cuz I didn't really want randoms looking at my black ass (or maybe even getting happy off the sight of it) I had to hold my wee which meant I couldn't really drink any water aaaaaarrrrrgh!
If it's not raining 2mrw who knows I may go jogging again...
