Ladies if you're trying to get in shape

Belly dancing and Hula Hooping are the way forward. Now I hate going to the gym, I just think it's the longest thing in the world. One day I was walking thru HMV and I came aross a cheap belly dancing DVD. Now I love a bargain, so I got it and it's really good. But I have to make sure I'm home alone with the curtains drawn, cuz I look soooooooooo uncoordinated doing it and what takes the piss is I can actually dance but somehow belly dancing makes me look like I cant LOL, But it's good for toning everywhere obviously especially the belly.
